John Couch Bursary

K-W Poppy Fund Chairman Jim Meyer, and Vice-Chairman Stan Howie, attended the Bluevale C.I. commencement Ceremonies at the Waterloo Arena June 28th, to present the 2018 John Couch Memorial Bursaries to five deserving students.
