LEGION PROVINCIAL POSTER/LITERARY SUCCESS

Kitchener-Waterloo has been blessed with three first place winners in the Royal Canadian Legion Literary and Poster contest, at the Provincial level. The competion was tough, drawn from 412 Branches across Ontario. The lucky winners each received $300, and the opportunity to enter their creation in the Dominion Contest, which will draw talent from over 1600 Legion Branches across Canada. Congratulations to Owen Brown, Koinonia Christian Academy (RCL Br 530) for 1st place in Senior B/W Poster.
To Andrew Brannan, Koinonia Christian Academy (RCL Br 530) for 1st Place in Senior Colour Poster, and
To Elise Tennant, Eastwood C.I. (RCL Br 50) for 1st Place in Senior Essay.
