Good turnout for Why We Remember Week

Once again, The K-W Poppy Fund's annual "Why We Remember Week" was a success. The annual "Remembrance 101" is presented under the auspices of RCL Branch 530, with the assistance of Members of other Veterans Service Organisations. This year, we escpecially thank RCL Branch 412 for providing the hall.

Despite labour disputes precluding Public School students from attending this year, there were over 900 students from Local Catholic and Private schools in attendance to receive a lesson on Remembrance,

A heartfelt thanks to all who helped out to bring this event together.
